Before you call about a replacement part

Have your model number and roughly when you bought the unit. That is almost always enough for us to identify the right part on the first call, which saves you a return.

Freight deliveries

Pedicure spas, salon furniture and large towel warmers ship by freight on a pallet and arrive at the curb. Someone needs to be there to receive and inspect the shipment. If you have questions about access, doorway width, or scheduling, call before you order and we will work it out with you.

Returns and warranty
