Shipping policy

Processing and transit

  • Small parcel orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Freight shipments take longer to schedule. We will contact you to arrange delivery.
  • Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

  • Orders under $300 — flat $20 shipping within the continental United States.
  • Orders over $300 — free ground shipping within the continental United States.
  • Freight items — pedicure spas, salon furniture and large towel warmers ship by LTL freight with a flat charge shown at checkout. Orders over 1,300 lb ship free.

Free shipping covers ground service and LTL freight with liftgate to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are quoted separately — call us before ordering.

Freight deliveries

Large equipment arrives on a pallet at the curb. The driver is not responsible for bringing it inside. Plan for someone to be present, and check that your doorway and path can accommodate the crate before you order. If you are unsure, call and we will check the dimensions with you.

Inspect before you sign

This is the single most important thing you can do to protect yourself on a freight delivery.

  • Count the boxes against the bill of lading or packing list.
  • Inspect every box for exterior damage before signing.
  • If a box shows any sign of damage, open it and check the contents before signing.
  • If the driver will not wait, refuse the delivery.
  • If you find damage, refuse the shipment, photograph everything, and note the damage on the bill of lading.
  • Call us immediately after refusing a delivery and we will handle it from there.

Once you sign a clean bill of lading, the carrier's liability ends. Signing for a damaged pallet without noting it makes the damage very difficult to claim.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Photographs help. For freight shipments, notes made on the bill of lading at delivery are what allow a carrier claim to succeed.
